And, after it emerged Ashley Young will be signing a one-year extension at Old Trafford, Herrera now seems set to follow suit.According to the Daily Mail, talks have been ongoing since last year. However, they are close to reaching a breakthrough which would keep the 29-year-old in Manchester.Asked about his contract situation following Sunday’s win at Leicester, Herrera said: “If I deserve it, I will get it.“I got the player of the year two years ago and, I cannot lie, I feel very good at the moment.
