Their appeal against the sanction is set to be heard by the Appeal Committee on April 11, and should that fail the case will go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).According to ESPN, Guimaraes, 21, has been watched in action by Chelsea talent-spotters, while Shakhtar Donetsk chief scout Jose Boto has also taken an interest in the youngster. He plays primarily as a defensive midfielder and his performances for the Brazilian top flight club have caught the attentions of a host of European teams.The youngster has made 52 appearances for Paranaense, scoring four goals and creating a further four.
