The former goalkeeper revealed that he did a little bit of coaching after he stopped playing in 2004.However, he never got a call from his former club regarding a role and admitted to feeling hurt at never getting a chance.Seaman also claimed that other Arsenal legends including Tony Adams, Martin Keown and Sol Campbell were hoping to give back to Arsenal but they too never got approached.Seaman said: I was doing a little bit of coaching. I didnt want a full-time job but it became really awkward. I was only doing it for a free lunch. I just wanted to give a little bit back and it was really strange. And I know for a fact that old Arsenal players like Tony Adams and Martin Keown and Sol Campbell have offered services but its not been taken up.”But things appeared to have changed now and Seaman did go on to say how he has been approached by Arsenal recently to talk to the club’s goalkeeping coach. He added: To be fair to Arsenal now, I have been asked to go and have a look and chat to the goalie coach about what it means to be the Arsenal goalkeeper and I was really happy to be asked to do that. Its something Im looking forward to.”
