Eden Hazard scored twice in what is set to be his final match for Chelsea

Hazard fittingly led the team to victory with two goals in Baku, in what could prove to be his final game for the London club amid claims he is set to join Real Madrid.

I think its a goodbye, but in football you never know.My dream was to play in the Premier League. I think its time for a new challenge.Ive made my decision. Now it depends on the clubs. I hope we can change his decision, the Brazilian defender told talkSPORT commentator Sam Matterface.He is a great guy, a great friend, a great person and a great player.For sure, I am going to miss him if he is going to go, if he is going to leave.I am so close with him. When we started to play alongside each other, it was a long time ago. We both were so young, now he is a player where everybody in the world knows him and knows his class.If his decision is the best for him, I just wish him good luck because he deserves it.
