The Rams won 4-3 on aggregate to become the first team to lose the first leg of a Championship play-off semi-final at home and go on to reach the final.Villa also came through a dramatic tie to reach the final, needing penalties to beat West Brom after their two clashes finished 2-2 on aggregate.Tammy Abraham fired in the winning spot-kick after keeper Jed Steer had saved Albion’s first two efforts.

The Championship Play-Off final will get under way at 3pm on Monday, May 27.Villa won both games convincingly during the regular season, claiming a 4-0 home victory after winning 3-0 at Pride Park.
